Red Llama Michelada

Taco Sauce and cold beer…yum

Michelada

SERVES 2

Ingredients

  • 2 ice cold lagers

  • 2 oz. Llamacita Red Sauce*

  • half of a lime, plus more for glassware

  • pinch of salt

  • Tajin or blend of chili powder, salt, and citric acid

    *Works well with Green Sauce too!

Instructions

  • Cut a lime wedge, run it along the edge of two pint or collins glasses, dip the rim in tajin.

  • Add Red Sauce, lime juice, and a little beer. Stir to incorporate. Add ice, a pinch of salt, and top with remaining beer. Enjoy!
